SAS Sign-Up Form 2026

This is a non-juried, open-themed exhibition that will take place during the first two weeks of September, 2026, at the Scottsdale Artists School, 3720 N Marshall Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.

TO APPLY: submit the form below by Monday, August 24, 2026, 11:59 PM.

PROSPECTUS: There is no entry fee, and artists will receive 90% of the proceeds. Paintings, sculpture, ceramics, glass, photographs, and textile art are welcome. The venue is well-lit and airy, but wall space is limited. TAG members may submit two medium works (max width 30 inches) OR 3 small works (12×14 or less). All wall art must be wired for hanging, and all edges of non-framed gallery wrap must be finished and at least 1.5 inches wide. Participants are asked to volunteer to assist with the event logistics. All participants, friends, and family are warmly invited to the Artists Reception on Thursday, September 3, from 4:30 -6:00 PM to enjoy conversation, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Tuesday, September 1, through Monday, September 14 – Exhibition Open during school hours, but closed Sept. 5 – 7 for the Labor Day holiday.

Thursday, Sept. 3, 4:30 – 6:00 PM – TAG Artists Reception, featuring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages

Monday, Sept. 14, 10 AM – 12 PM – Take Down/Pick Up Art

intake and Hanging - Monday, August 31, 10AM - 12 PM - Receive, catalogue, and label entries; provide receipt to artists, place art for optimal presentation, if possible bring a small hammer

Reception Refreshments - Thursday, September 3, 4:30 - 6:00 PM - Bring at least one snack item or non-alcoholic beverage with any necessary utensils and assist in the presentation of snacks by remaining near table.

Take-down/Pick-Up - Monday, Sep 14, 10 AM - 12 PM - Remove art and organize to ensure efficient removal from premises. Unclaimed art needs to be taken to someone's home.
