TAG was honored to host one of Phoenix’s most exciting up-and-coming artists, Papay Soloman as our Guest Speaker on September 15, 2022. He presented a Powerpoint about his childhood in Africa, transition to the United States, earning his fine arts degree from ASU, and his current trajectory as a global hyperrealistic portrait painter who communicates stories and experiences of the African diaspora. It was thrilling to ask him questions and learn about his creative process. What an inspirational and memorable evening, and soon we’ll be able to say, “We knew him when……..”
