TAG grows stronger when everyone pitches in. Scroll through these opportunities to see where your interests and talents fit. Creative Arts Club
Creative Arts Club meets, on the second Monday of each month from 2 – 3 PM at the Memory Care center at Friendship Village. Team members assist residents in an art project they have planned for the day. Laurel Hardin is Lead.
Refreshments Team
Refreshments team provides snacks and beverages for monthly TAG meetings. Members arrange who will bring snacks for any given meeting. Ann Clarke and Gloria Aksentowitz are Co-Leads.


Exhibitions Team
Exhibitions team helps TAG exhibitions to run smoothly by assisting in the intake, hanging, and return of art selected for exhibit. Janet Amiri is Lead.
Pop-Up Sales
Pop-Up Sales. Each year TAG members sell art-based coasters, cards, magnets and ornaments at the Petersen House over two or three weekends in December. TAG, working with Tempe, has tables, tents, and panels needed for set up. Members sell their art if they assist in the set up or take-down and take a sales shift. Jeanette Lee is Lead.


Scholarships Assistant
Scholarships for art students at Mesa Community College have become a TAG tradition. Applications, publicity, and selections will be done online. Committee members will organize these elements and be available to answer queries from students and inform winners, who will display one piece at the March-April OneOhOne show. Jeannine Ozias is Lead.
Welcoming Committee
Welcoming committee sends new members and prospects who sign up on the webpage a friendly hello message. They greet new arrivals at upcoming meetings or workshops. Gail Boyd is Lead.


Grant Team
Grants that sustain TAG require write-ups and reports. Members of this team help with writing, editing, and research. Sue Norton-Scott is Lead.
Social Networking
Social networking is a growing area of activity for TAG. Volunteers will take photos of events, post on social networks to help publicize TAG’s activities. (No prior experience necessary.) Anshu Priya is Lead.
