Summary

Members of the Creative Arts Club created a collage of colorful birds on a sky blue background, resulting in a beautiful work of art.

Each month, on the second Monday, the Creative Arts Club meets at the memory care unit of Friendship Village for an art project.  This month (April) we painted birds – not necessarily birds that you might find in your backyard.  More colorful birds with amazing feathers and tails.  We pasted them to a blue board and the result was just lovely.  A veritable symphony of fluttering color.  One club member, John Mainieri, found the result so attractive that he made note cards from a photo of the final collage.
